About David David Throesch has been an attorney since 1976. He has been representing Social Security Disability clients for the past 40 years. He has devoted his practices exclusively to Social Security Disability and personal injury for the past 15 years. Before that time David Throesch, in addition to representing Social Security Disability, was a deputy prosecuting attorney for 24 years and a conflicts public defender for 4 years. He was a co-owner of an Abstract and Title company and engaged in just about every aspect of the law.
David Throesch is currently licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee but can represent Social Security nationwide. Throughout his career, David Throesch has represented Social Security disability claimants at administrative hearings in over 25 different states. He currently represents 300 to 400 social security claimants each year and has one of the highest success rates in the nation.
